January 3, 2022 marks the start of the business renewal period in Pasig City. To facilitate fulfillment of this yearly obligation, Barangay San Antonio eases the process of securing a Barangay Clearance by opening its Multi-Purpose Covered Court.

The following requirements are needed for business renewal: copy of latest Barangay Clearance, latest Comprehensive General Liability (CGL) Insurance Policy and Official Receipt (OR), payment of P11.00 per square meter for floor area, P30.00 for documentary stamp, while P1,000 penalty fee is charged for late renewal. Processing can also be done in the Business One Stop Shop (BOSS) Annex in Ayala Malls The 30th, Meralco Avenue, Barangay Ugong, Pasig City. In an advisory of Pasig City Public Information Office, the deadline has been extended to February 18, 2022, but will further depend on the advice of Pasig City Government's Business Permit and License Office (BPLO). In a quarterly report last October 2021, Barangay San Antonio lauds entrepreneurial confidence as it recorded 550 newly-registered businesses from January-October 2021 vs 317 from the same period in 2020; thus, resulting to a 73.5% increase.
