January 2, 2024 marks the start of the business renewal period in Pasig City. To facilitate fulfillment of this yearly obligation, Barangay San Antonio eases the process of securing a Barangay Clearance by opening its Multi-Purpose Court. Constituents may transact from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
At the barangay level, the following requirements are needed for business renewal: copy of latest Barangay Clearance, latest Comprehensive General Liability (CGL) Insurance Policy and Official Receipt (OR), payment of P11.00 per square meter for floor area, P30.00 for documentary stamp, while P1,000 penalty fee is charged for late renewal. Ayala 30th Business One Stop Shop (BOSS) is the designated unit for registered businesses in Barangay San Antonio. To extensively accommodate constituents during this period, BOSS operates from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm and Saturday, 8am-3pm. The deadline has also been extended to January 31, 2024.
